The Barlow family establishied  the Triple B Brangus stud in 1990 at the Emu Park aggregation ‘Corrooman Pocket’. This property is approximately 2000 acres. In 1995 ‘Araluen’, Dingo was purchased  and now consists of approximately 7000 acres of brigalow/buffel country.


The operation runs 650 registered females and 650 commercial females. We operate an intensive ET program and join 100 females yearly in AI programs. All heifers are grown out on coastal country to increase survivability. Our breeders are then seasonally joined (paddock or AI), any without a calf are culled.

Two hundred bulls are marketed annually as two year olds. Considerable emphasis is placed on structure, conformation, fertility and most importantly temperament. Many of our sires are homebred products. Introduced sires are predominantly Australian genetics with a US influence. Foundation AI sires comprised of high end US genetics, such as Bright Side of Brinks 789G5, Brinks Bright Side 607L11, Blackhawk of Brinks 607M12,
Greise of Brinks 803R27, Csonka of Brinks 30R4, Suhns Distinction 331T48, Braxton of Brinks 392T36
and CB Hombre 541T3. More recent US AI Sires used are TCB Catawba Warrior R532, WAT Lead Gun 33P6, CB Final Cut 924X, Suhn’s Next Step 331R7 and Southern Dealmaker 468W40.

We have utilized Brangus Group Breedplan since 1998 and supply data for 200 Day weight, 400 Day weight, 600 Day weight, scrotal circumference, EMA, Rib Fat, Rump Fat, IMF and Mature Cow weight.
